Description
Eucalyptol, chemically 1,8-cineole, is the purified active fraction of eucalyptus oil. Isolating it gives a defined single material rather than a variable natural oil, which matters when a pharmaceutical or oral care specification has to be met precisely.
It is supplied to pharmaceutical formulators, oral care makers and fragrance houses requiring a reproducible cineole input.
